A bottle of 50 of these tablets (available in orange, raisin(grape), raspberry & watermelon) for only 12$ CAD. it's a great deal and cuts down on waste from packaging. I use them to replenish energy reserves when cycling for long distances or periods of time. Especially when getting of the bike at the end of the day to refuel. I go through 1 or 2 tubes after a 75-100km ride. It helps cut down on recovery time between rides and helps with muscle fatigue over long term. Hope that helps!
